How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from warehouses in the United States. Most orders arrive within 2–9 business days after shipping, depending on the item.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $35 within the US. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Items can ship from different US warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship to US addresses only.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists measurements, weight limits and the dog sizes it fits. Not sure? Message us with your dog's breed and weight and we'll help you pick.
Can I change or cancel my order?
